District and Community
North College Hill City School District includes the city of North College Hill and portions of Springfield Township. North College Hill is a small, northern suburb of Cincinnati with a diverse population of approximately 10,000 residents. The district is located approximately 12 miles from downtown Cincinnati.
2010 Kindergarten Registration
Kindergarten Registration Packets are available at Becker, Clovernook and Goodman Elementary Schools. Registration forms may be returned to Clovernook Elementary March 16-17 from 4:30-7:00 p.m. For further information, please call Kathi Criswell at 728-4775.
New Student Registration
When enrolling your child/children, please bring the following documents to the school office:
- Birth Certificate;
- Immunization Records;
- Proof of Residency (Deed or Lease in name of the custodial parent/guardian AND current Utility Bill (gas
& electric, phone, water) in the name of parent/guardian for service at the NCH residence). *For families living with relatives or friends, both the deed/lease and a current utility bill are required for the legal NCH resident, and a notarized affidavit filled out and signed by both legal resident and parent/guardian of child requesting enrollment, AND current official mail addressed to parent/guardian at the NCH address.

2009-2010 Program Details for North College Hill City: Becker Elementary, Clovernook Elementary and Goodman elementary
Weekly Rates: Before School - $17 (1-2 days), $27 (3-5 days)
After School - $34 (1-2 days), $54 (3-5 days)
Before & After School - $54 (1-2 days), $81 (3-5 days)
Pre-school - $65 (1-2 days), $136 (3-5 days)
Registration Fee: $50 per child, $75 per family
Hours Open: 6:30am to School start, School dismissal to 6:00pm
Preschool program available at Becker Elementary 7:00am to 6:00pm
To register your child, please visit our website at: http://www.discoverchampion.com/. Enroll early to ensure your child's space in the program, space is limited. Students of Goodman and Clovernook will attend the program at Becker Before and After Programs. Only children from the district may attend our program.
